2006 T28 for sale

From memory as all files, notes and manuals + more pictures are with the boat 1100 miles away until we return from AZ to OR around May 1. Any deviation in listed equipment is a memory error and not intentional.

2006 Performance Cruising T28, #342
Purchased from original owner in 2008 with little use. Have photos of vessel as purchased. All options from factory:
Lam sails, one small spreader wear spot in main repaired by professional loft
Screecher, good condition and furls/unfurls well Sails are in good condition.
Spinnaker, believed to be in good condition, but I have never had it out of the bag.
Refer/Freezer
Propane stove
Auto pilot
50 HP Honda
All the other Deluxe cruising factory options, teak cabinets, cushions, curtains etc.

Things we have added in addition to above:

Rocna 10 anchor-chain/rope rode and custom SS bow roller + spare factory Danforth and rode
Lewmar V1 electric windless with master control at nav station.
Large sealed (Lifeline?) battery in bilge + two original sealed
Modified and simplified battery switching system- all electric work done with marine grade wire/fittings
Professional Mariner Pro-20 battery charger with smart float maintenance charge
Ray Marine chart plotter/radar/GPS + hidden GPS antenna
Lewmar halyard stoppers on mast
Updated with factory extended goose neck on shortened boom to allow main sail to remain on boom when lowered
Custom relay to separate batteries charging on shore power/combine on engine charge
Shorter tiller from original supplier, not yet installed.
Factory trailer upgraded with 4 wheel Tie Down Alum/SS vented disc brakes + master cylinder with reverse lockout solenoid; new last year, never in water

Other nifty stuff I can't recall just now.

Boat is in top condition with recent bottom paint etc. Stored in an open shed at our home in Bandon Oregon. I have some pictures available via email but won't be home to show the boat until early May. Not used at all last year, 2010. Sorry to see her go away but---

Sold (dingy too) and delivered to Eugene OR.
Thanks to all who contributed to this forum and helped with making decisions about the boat. And special thanks to Ron and all who continues to work to make this forum work. (more about my thoughts on this later and in a different place)
Please welcome the new owners of #342 in Eugene OR. Now there are two T28s based in Eugene. Great boat and many fond memories, hopes and dreams were relived as I got her cleaned up and ready for the new owners. But - sadly- all things must end, sometimes long before we are ready.
