thank you joe ! i am trying too as much as i afford ... maybe there are some ideas that some else wants to use or just to show what can be done regarding comfort , design and looking in such a small boat like this !

i forgot to post a few pictures of the aluminum frame for the doors opening. they are made from "L" straight profile and because i don't have a bending machine i have cut them , curved and welded on each side. after that grinding , sandpaper and some synthetic grinding cloth ( don't know the term for it ) which is giving "brushed" appearance . you can see them in the previous post with the hinges .

here they are ...

thank you karl for your message !

i will post some progress ... the bath separation wall .

the frame is all made from alu profiles , the center middle section is a H profile bended on a roller machine . all contour is U profile or L for holding the wall in position. the wall is made from 6mm polycarbonate sheet , very light and with all fittings can take the weigh of the person if pushing against it. there is plenty of room inside so a 180cm/90kg man can take a shower and also can bend down . i am pretty happy with the result :)

and this a the view from inside the saloon ... very nice warm rounded shape blending into the contour of the boat . on the lower side the wall is left open for feet space . the bottom was fiberglassed and there will be the shower/sink water colecting and a bilge pump for draining .

I've never known you ... but your genius that ranges in various fields will remain as long as the internet will live with sites of this type.
