Cleaning dacron sails

Any advise for cleaning solutions to use for
sail cleaning ? I was planning a WEAK
solution of warm water, liquid dish soap,TSP,
and bleach. The genoa was wound too tight,
trapped water and left green algae stains.
I especially would like your thoughts on the
TSP (tri sodium phosphate). There is some
noticable soil, bird caca, & stains but not bad.
