European members , need help registering Telstar MK2

Hi,
I had almost the same problem in Estonia. First I needed a type approval for Telstar 26 from Estonian Maritime Administration. It went like this: a gentleman with a former sea-captain look with impressive beard looked at my boat saying something like ´Yeah, this is a sailing boat alright´ and this was it. Then I needed a document stating that this boat was not registered in Belgium (where I bought her) because it was no need to but had been in use there. This was the only reason I needed a broker for that deal. The document issued by the broker was sufficiently official looking.
