Telstar 26 Centreboard
Has anyone ever had to replace a pivoting centreboard for a telstar. Mine is a mk 1 and the centreboard broke off, getting caught by my anchor chain an a choppy sea. I would like any tips you might have and more importantly any drawings of the centreboard as I have nothing left to use as a template.

I do not know if it is built the same way as the T-2 but this is a video on replacing the T-2 centreboard.

Its not the same casing design but is an interesting improvement on mine. The centreboard casing is a different shape to mine and this system prevents water ingress through the casing by mounting the pivot above the waterline, which is sensible. Still it looks as though the centreboard itself is the same shape as mine so that helps me with my drawing. Many thanksJerry wrote:I do not know if it is built the same way as the T-2 but this is a video on replacing the T-2 centreboard.
