Biggest Telstar Fleet in Western Europe!

Talking about the boats in general, that don't fit in the other categories.

Biggest Telstar Fleet in Western Europe!

Andy -

What's a PY? If it's a race handicap, on this side of the pond they use something called PHRF. The "P" stands for Portsmouth. Telstar 28's are getting in the 180 PHRF range with no spinnaker, around 155 with it. But each region over here has it's own standards and it could vary. 180 is almost a gift and that could change once several boats start racing consistently.

I think we have 3 Telstar's on Barnegat Bay in New Jersey, and probably many more than that on the Chesapeake.
