Mast exit plate for topping lift

Anyone else have a topping lift that exits the side of the mast near the top? I have a 3/8” line that exits the port side of the mast up high. Near the base, the line exits the mast and has a label: boom lift.
The exit plate near the top is plastic. It is broken.
I have never seen a topping lift that exits the side of the mast.
