Learning to raise mast. Can someone teach me?

I need to learn how to raise the mast on a telstar 28. Is there anybody that can teach a new owner?

I'm in Tennessee. I just need to learn a few things like raising the mast.

Is there a video of the mast raising that shows more close up detail? And the steps for setting it up to raise
