I just want to reach out to the admin of this forum and mention that we could no longer log in, nor was was our email being recognized to reset my password. Is there something we are doing wrong?

I have no idea why it happened. You must have fallen off somehow. Did you change your email id? You should be logging in with your user id anyway. I don't think you can log in with an email address. You're back in now.
