International Telstar Owners Association

For those residing in the US, the International Telstar Owners Association is a cooperating group with Boat US. You get a discount on membership along with special pricing on many of their services. That includes TowBoat US which is the largest towing and emergency service in the country and Trailer Assist to handle problems when your boat is on the trailer. One other thing that I like is that they are the only ones who represent our interests, in both Federal and local state boating issues. If it wasn't for them, we'd all be sucking up more ethanol in our outboards now. E10 is bad enough. Do you really want to see what E20 or E85 would do to your motors?

I just renewed our Boat/US affiliation. For those in the US, this is a pretty good organization to join, especially with the half price dues offer. Besides the excellent towing and insurance, they do a pretty good job of getting our interests across to the federal and states agencies and elected officials.
