Selling a Telstar 28 (looking for advice)

I am selling 'ti Moun ( http://www.catamaransite.com/telestar28 ... _sale.html ) because we now have a Leopard 43 and my wife says only one boat (very unreasonable).
Anyway, I am looking for advice on how to sell, I have had her listed at the above site, boats.com and latitude38 for several months. I had one person who seemed genuinely interested, took him and family out for a 1/2 cruise, under the GG bridge etc ..., never heard another word (not even a thank you but no thank you note). So the point is does anyone have opinions they would like to share on what I am doing wrong. I've trailered her to Florida and back so that's not an issue, my asking price is slightly below asking market.
I'm very reluctant to use a broker, unless I could find someone really focused on trailerable boats or better still, trailerable trimarans, we are, after all, a special breed.
Anyhow, please, let me know what you think?
