Kurt, 832 is my boat. Thanks for the pictures. I live about 20 minutes from Performance and I haven’t had the time to get up there to see it under construction. At this time it is scheduled to be ready next Friday the 26th.

Hey Bob,

It is good to have another Telstar on the Bay and welcome to the multihull world. You should check out the CMA at www.chesapeakemultihulls.org if you want to race. If you need any help with your new baby give me a shout. I keep Reboot up in Passadena on Rock Creek.

Kurt, it would be great to get together.

I’m not entirely new to multihull sailing / racing, but this is my first big boat. I currently sail / race an A Class Catamaran (A Cat). Its 18’ long, 8’wide with a 30’ mast and 150 sf of sail. All in its 165 lbs - lots of carbon.

I hope to get involved in racing the Telstar in the future, but for now my wife, Diane and I are going to be taking it slow, learn how to sail the Telstar and get some cruising under our belts. If your offer to help extends to you coming on board to do some sailing and give me a few tip and pointers I will definitely take you up on the offer to help.

At last @Last is in the water. I'm schedule to meet Will on Thursday for the turn over. I still need to get the lift finished. So for the next week or so she’ll be staying at Performance.

Anyone want to go sailing?

Thanks Maciek. We brought her home Friday. Took her out Saturday morning for a couple of hours then sadly had to put her away for the week.

The picture was taken during our “turnover” sail. Another couple was at Performance for a demo sail. We gave them our camera and they snapped a bunch of pictures while we out together. Will grabbed a copy of the pictures and posted them on the PCI site.

When is 385 due? Maybe I’ll be able to get a couple of pictures for you while she is being built.

Thanks Bob. That would be very nice if you could grab some pictures. I am trying to contact Will about the definite delivery date, but it looks like it is going to be end of this month. I think she should be in production or geting close to it.
