Recent PHP upgrade

Dear all,

Since our forum host (it is aptly called Bluehost) is planning to stop support for PHP 7.3, I have just switched the forum to PHP 7.4 . To clarify: PHP is the scripting language in which our database software, phpBB is written. Currently we are running phpBB version 3.3.3 which, according to the sources I checked, should have no problem running over both PHP 7.3 and PHP 7.4 . Looks like we are fine with this new PHP 7.4, but please report any glitches!

Next hurdle is to upgrade our phpBB to current version 3.3.7, which is going to be much bigger hurdle. As always, wish me luck
