No renewals for dues

I just refunded a paypal renewal transacton, so this is a reminder - until futher notice, we are NOT collecting the $10 dues renewals for current members. We do not need the money with our minimal expenditures. Note that this applies only to existing members of the association. To make things equal, new members will still have to pay the $10 dues for their first year only.
This could change sometime in the future if and when we bring someone in to improve the web site and/or forum. I would like to do this if Dan is willing to turn it over to either a volunteer or paid consultant.
