2005 Telstar for sale under $30K?

I was looking at boats and noticed this add.

Does anyone have information on this hull? The price seems low.

That boat has been for sale since 2016 at least... That was when I started looking, and it was listed in August 2016. The early boats suffered from poor gel cote causing spider cracks, broken centerboards, leaky outriggers, and other problems. We bought a 2005, and we have done a complete rebuild on it, and we are continuing to improve and reinforce it. I would say $30 k probably reflects having to do $15 k of work on her to make her awesome. Of course, if you do the work yourself, it will not cost you that much.
