Ama lifeline stanchion holes.

Has anyone had to repair the lifeline stanchion holes in the amas? Any suggestions on how to repair the stern-most holes? Mine are just open holes.

Update:
The PVC pipe used for the stanchion holes had come unglued and was located in the bow section of the ama. No visual evidence of cracks. Glued it in proper place, still leaks. Easy solution is to keep water out of the PVC pipe to begin with. There is an easy solution. Large rubber sink gasket from your local hardware store. Get one with a 7/8 in opening.
