Centerboard line attachment

The line for raising and lowering the centerboard of my Telstar 28 has detached. I suspect that it has come untied from the board.

I have reviewed the video of replacing a Telstar 28 centerboard. It appears from the video that it might be possible to reattached the line from underneath if the board is lowered completely but I cannot see the line attachment point in the video.

Do any of you have any experience and/or tips about reattaching the line to the centerboard?

The most important part of this "retie" is to get the line fed correctly over and under the rollers and tight so it does not roll off the top of the board and get stuck between the board and the trunk. Having done it wrong the first time and having to do it again, you would have to be very good, or vey lucky, to do it without pulling the board, which means hauling the boat.
