Deck fittings/furling gear

Post by Gin »

I'm helping a friend fettle his recently acquired T26 Mk2.

1. The boat has a Colnbrook jib furler but its wire cage around the drum to retain the furling line has broken away and is lost- I know this is unlikely but is there anywhere that I might source a replacement?

2. One of the stand alone deck stanchion posts is missing- is there a source for replacement- or is there a compatible alternative- and how does this fit into the deck fittings( I have only seen the boat once and can't remember what the bracket looked like, so please excuse what may be a silly question)

Unfortunately, the deck stanchion issue has not been resolved as the base unit is an unusual size and I need to match the existing holes in the deck pad to avoid creating a weakness there.

Does anyone know who made these fittings and whether they are still available?

Thanks
