Re: Composite Propane Tanks
Hi, I have 2 tanks, a small one for the galley that came with the boat in the cockpit looker and a bigger one in fiberglass for my BBQ. This one is tied up to the rail and a small bracket at the bottom.

Re: Composite Propane Tanks
I installed the new Worthington 6lb aluminum propane tank last week in the usual place in the port cockpit locker. It fits, barely, and doesn’t really interfere with the ama deployment and retrieval lines. The system worked well, and it was nice to have coffee, a hot shower using the Zodi Extreme water heating tank and, especially, heat within the cabin in general. Although pricey, the aluminum tank is light, doesn’t corrode, and holds enough propane to keep from having to fill it all the time.
